If you are considering seeking therapy, particularly if this is the first time, it can seem a daunting step to take. One of the key ingredients in a successful course of therapy is feeling at ease with your therapist. In many ways therapy is like taking a journey, one in which your therapist acts as navigator. I am constantly struck by how my work is a two-way learning process. It has been my great privilege to be part of my clients’ therapeutic journeys.

With over 20 years of experience, and expertise in a number of different approaches to therapy, I am able to offer you a course of therapy tailored to your specific needs. Whether that be Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR or Couples Therapy, my goal is always to ensure you get the maximum benefit out of each session. The overall aim is to help you reclaim your life from anxiety, excessive worry, trauma, low mood or relationship difficulties.

I am an accredited practitioner in both CBT (BABCP) and EMDR Therapy (EMDR Association UK).

I offer remote sessions by Zoom, Skype or telephone. You can make an appointment here.

Qualifications: MSc (Psychological Counselling), MTh (Pastoral Therapy), PG Dip Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (King’s College London), Post Qualification Training in Behavioural Couples Therapy.
